S. Sridhar is a banker with about 40 years of experience in commercial and development banking of which 10 years was at the CEO/ Board level. He was Chairman and Managing Director of Central Bank of India until May 31, 2011 and earlier of National Housing Bank, India's regulator of Housing Finance Companies and the apex Financial Institution for housing. He also worked as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of Export Import Bank of India, India's apex export financing institution between 2001 and 2006.

He is widely acknowledged to be an innovative, market oriented banker and strategic thinker having provided transformational leadership to the organisations he had worked for. He was a pioneer in championing the concept of Affordable Housing in India and contributed significantly to public policy formulation.

Currently, Sridhar serves as Independent Director on the boards of various companies including DCB Bank Ltd., Binani Cements Limited, Jubilant Life Services Ltd., and India Infoline Housing Finance Company Limited (Chairman). Prior to Paarth he has worked with Standard Chartered, Edelweiss, Centurion Bank, GE Capital and IDBI Bank. Atul helped scale up NBFC – institutional business at Standard Chartered Arm & Edelweiss NBFC arm ECL Finance Limited. He was Chairman and Managing Director of Central Bank of India until May 31, 2011 and earlier of National Housing Bank, India's regulator of Housing Finance Companies and the apex Financial Institution for housing. He also worked as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of Export Import Bank of India, India's apex export financing institution between 2001 and 2006.

He is widely acknowledged to be an innovative, market oriented banker and strategic thinker having provided transformational leadership to the organisations he had worked for. He was a pioneer in championing the concept of Affordable Housing in India and contributed significantly to public policy formulation.

Between 2014 and 2017, he was the Vice President of Investments at Arthaveda Fund Management, a private equity arm of Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd.

After clearing his Chartered Accountancy professional examinations, between 2002 and 2009, Pankaj worked with SPS Metals & Alloys, then conducted Statutory Audit as an Assistant Manager with Ernst & Young, and worked in the Financial Due Diligence practice of KPMG.

Raviprakash Bubna has over 3 decades of experience in Corporate Finance, Structured & Real Estate Finance, Quantitative Financing, Project Financing, Debt Advisory, Risk Management and Distressed Solutions.

He has served in leadership roles at Edelweiss Group and Aditya Birla Group and has set several benchmarks in the industry through a focused solution-based approach to clients, robust underwriting practices and a quick turnaround to clients’ financing needs.

In his last role at Edelweiss Group, Ravi was the Managing Director & CEO of ECL Finance Limited and had set strategic direction for Edelweiss Group’s Financing business, building a robust credit platform and scaling wholesale financing book to over US $4 billion (end Mar-2019) – His skilled leadership led to the financing business becoming the largest contributor to Edelweiss Group’s revenue mix.

Ravi also served as Board Member of several Edelweiss Group Companies, was part of multiple Investment and Credit Committees; and was a key member of the Corporate Risk Committee at the Edelweiss Group level.

Previously, Ravi spent more than a decade at the financial services arm of Aditya Birla Group where his last assignment was as Joint President & Country Head at Birla Global Finance.

Ravi holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.

He is also known for his strong social network and philanthropic interventions through his senior roles at Rotary club & ISKCON, and has raised > USD 20 mn for various charitable causes.

Pushkal is a commerce graduate from Delhi university and holds master’s degree in (Capital Market) from ICFAI, Hyderabad.

Pushkal has over Two and half decade of experience in dealing with Large & Mid-Size corporates. He has diversified experience in relationship management and channel expansion.

In his previous role, Pushkal was the Associate Director at ECL Finance, NBFC arm of Edelweiss. During his tenure at ECL Finance he developed and expanded his relationship and done business with various clients from sectors viz Aviation, Automotive Ancillary services, Energy & Infrastructure, FMCG, Healthcare, Metals, Reality and Textile.

Prior to that Pushkal has worked with Aditya Birla Finance (Birla Global Finance) for a tenure of 4 years.

He has worked extensively with Emerging & Large Corporates, structured credit, Corporate Finance and Fx derivatives. Prior to Evyavan, Atul worked as Managing Director of Polestar Capital in its advisory business. Prior to Polestar, he was managing his own enterprise Paarth Clothing engaged in manufacturing of readymade garments for B2B supplies. In its role as an entrepreneur Atul has gained diverse experience of commercial and production knowledge of labor intensive manufacturing industry.
Prior to Paarth he has worked with Standard Chartered, Edelweiss, Centurion Bank, GE Capital and IDBI Bank. Atul helped scale up NBFC – institutional business at Standard Chartered Arm & Edelweiss NBFC arm ECL Finance Limited. He was also instrumental in setting up the Fx derivative desk at Centurion Bank of Punjab. Atul is an MBA and an entrepreneur who loves to build businesses by identifying niche opportunities and adapting to the markets.
