Prior to his role at Enam Securities, Hemant worked with PNB Capital Services (the Capital Markets arm of Punjab National Bank).

Hemant has a track record of successfully navigating substantial Capital Market Offerings spanning Private & Public Markets, and including avenues such as innovative Structured Products, Term Funding, and Working Capital Funding. After clearing his Chartered Accountancy professional examinations, between 2002 and 2009, Pankaj worked with SPS Metals & Alloys, then conducted Statutory Audit as an Assistant Manager with Ernst & Young, and worked in the Financial Due Diligence practice of KPMG.

Prior to Polestar, he was managing his own enterprise Paarth Clothing engaged in manufacturing of readymade garments for B2B supplies. In its role as an entrepreneur Atul has gained diverse experience of commercial and production knowledge of labor intensive manufacturing industry.
Prior to Paarth he has worked with Standard Chartered, Edelweiss, Centurion Bank, GE Capital and IDBI Bank. Atul helped scale up NBFC – institutional business at Standard Chartered Arm & Edelweiss NBFC arm ECL Finance Limited. He was also instrumental in setting up the Fx derivative desk at Centurion Bank of Punjab. Atul is an MBA and an entrepreneur who loves to build businesses by identifying niche opportunities and adapting to the markets.

Initially, Pawan has also worked at listed companies such as Pipavav Defence & Offshore Co. Pvt. Ltd. and SKIL Infrastructure Ltd. Multiple initiatives proposed and undertaken by him have assisted the companies that he worked for, in realising cost savings and foster greater operational efficiency in day-to-day operations.
