Raviprakash Bubna has over 3 decades of experience in Corporate Finance, Structured & Real Estate Finance, Quantitative Financing, Project Financing, Debt Advisory, Risk Management and Distressed Solutions.
He has served in leadership roles at Edelweiss Group and Aditya Birla Group and has set several benchmarks in the industry through a focused solution-based approach to clients, robust underwriting practices and a quick turnaround to clients’ financing needs.
In his last role at Edelweiss Group, Ravi was the Managing Director & CEO of ECL Finance Limited and had set strategic direction for Edelweiss Group’s Financing business, building a robust credit platform and scaling wholesale financing book to over US $4 billion (end Mar-2019) – His skilled leadership led to the financing business becoming the largest contributor to Edelweiss Group’s revenue mix.
Ravi also served as Board Member of several Edelweiss Group Companies, was part of multiple Investment and Credit Committees; and was a key member of the Corporate Risk Committee at the Edelweiss Group level.
Previously, Ravi spent more than a decade at the financial services arm of Aditya Birla Group where his last assignment was as Joint President & Country Head at Birla Global Finance.
Ravi holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.
He is also known for his strong social network and philanthropic interventions through his senior roles at Rotary club & ISKCON, and has raised > USD 20 mn for various charitable causes.

Dinesh has extensive experience practicing as an independent Lawyer with the Delhi High Court and its subordinate courts.
In his last corporate role, Dinesh held the position of Associate Director (Legal) with ECL Finance Limited (the NBFC arm of Edelweiss). He has also served as the AGM (Legal) for the Industrial Development Bank of India, and as the Deputy Manager (Legal) with the Bank of Maharashtra.
During the tenure in Bank of Maharashtra, IDBI, and Edelweiss, Dinesh handled a gamut of legal matters relating to Corporate Due Diligence, Title Investigation, Creation of Mortgage/Securities, Registration of Charge with Registrar of Companies(RoC), Project Finance documentation, Infrastructure sector funding, Real Estate Appraisal / Documentation, liquidations, Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRT)/ DRATs and BIFR/AAIFR. In addition, he represented IDBI on the Boards of a number of companies assisted by IDBI.
